The Candidates need to keep the following documents ready at the time of applying :
- Scanned images of your Photograph and Signature.
- Class 10th and 12th academic details
- Valid Email ID and Mobile Number
- Certificates of people belonging to any Category (If the candidates belong to the reserved category).

Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy etc.

Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of fee for JEE Main registration 2021.
Specifications for Photograph and Signature:
Documents File Size Dimension Photograph 10 KB to 200KB 3.5cm x 4.5cm Signature 4KB to 30KB 3.5cm x 1.5cm
- The photograph should be coloured or black/white but it should have a clear contrast.The name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph should be printed on it
- The candidate should not be wearing a cap or sunglasses in the photo
- Candidates are allowed to wear spectacle
- Polaroid photos will not be accepted
- Candidates with unclear or blurry photographs will be rejected
