BSF SI Probation Period 2022
The probation period is the stage in which the new hire has not yet attained permanent work status. The probationary period also permits an employer to fire, or remove, an employee who is not performing effectively at work or appears unsuitable for a specific or any role. A BSF Sub-Inspector is in charge of border security in India as well as related affairs. The following are the tasks and responsibilities of a Sub Inspector in the BSF:During peacetime:
- Prevent unlawful exits and/or entries into Indian territory, as well as transnational crimes.
- Prevent any illegal activities, such as smuggling.
- Create a sense of security among those living near borders.
- Holding grounds in less dangerous places as long as the primary attack does not occur in a specific sector and the situation is regarded under BSF control.

BSF SI Career Growth and Promotion 2022
- The extent of promotion is determined by the candidate's merits.
- Internal promotions examinations are carried out.
