SSC Stenographer Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for SSC Stenographer Exam is as given below.

Nationality	·        Indian ·        A person of Indian origin, ·        A subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee
Age Limit	·        Should be aged between 18 and 27 for Grade D ·        Should be aged between 18 and 30 for Grade C
Educational Qualification	Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University

SSC Stenographer Salary

 

1. Salary of stenographer is as per 7th pay commission now.
2. Group 'C' stenographers are recruited at a grade pay of Rs. 2400.
3. The basic pay scale is between Rs.5200 to Rs.20,200.
