UPSC CMS Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The following candidates are eligible to appear for UPSC CMS

Indian, or
-
Bhutan, or
-
Nepal, or
-
Indian origin migrants who have settled permanently in India from East African Countries of Uganda, Kenya, Pakistan, United Republic of Tanzania, Ethiopia, Malawi, Sri Lanka , Vietnam, Zaire, Burma, or
Tibetan refugee who settled in India permanently before January 1, 1962 with certificate issued by Government of India can apply for UPSC CMS 2023
Age Limit
Candidates should not be more than 32 years of age.

UPSC CMS Exam 2023: How to Apply
To apply for the UPSC CMS 2023 exam, first, access the UPSC official website - upsc.gov.in.

Then, click on the ‘Apply Online link’ available on the web page. If applicants have not completed the One-Time Registration (OTR), they must complete it by providing personal and contact details. After completing the OTR, log in using valid login credentials, such as Email ID and OTP/Password, Mobile number and OTP/Password, or OTR ID and OTP/Password.Candidates must fill out the UPSC CMS 2023 application form in two parts. This includes filling in personal details, fee payment, uploading scanned documents, signature, photo identity card document, and selecting a preferred exam center. It is important to check all the details furnished in the UPSC CMS application form 2023 thoroughly and edit them if needed.
Once submitted, applicants cannot make changes in their UPSC CMS application form 2023.
After submission, a registration number will be generated, which candidates must download as a PDF file and take a printout for future reference.
Documents Required:
- Scanned passport-size photograph.
- Scanned signature.
- Scanned impression of left-hand thumb.
- Class 10th/12th passing certificate/mark sheet.
- Signed declaration.
